Auckland Abrasive Blasting & Coatings is a 100% New Zealand–owned specialist in industrial corrosion protection and intumescent fireproof coatings with over 50 years of experience. Based in Wiri, Manukau, the company operates extensive purpose-built facilities, including large blasting booths and a new hot zinc arc spray booth, and also provides nationwide mobile services.
With a team of 50+ experienced staff, including certified AMPP/NACE inspectors, the company maintains strict quality systems aligned with AS/NZS 2312 standards.
Auckland Abrasive Blasting & Coatings has contributed to many major national projects alongside clients such as D&H Steel , Grayson Engineering, McConell Dowell , Pacific Engineering & Projects Ltd , Key works include Auckland Airport developments, Kopu Bridge, RNZAF New Te Whare Toroa Hangar, New Taranaki Base Hospital, Waikato Regional Theatre, Watercare upgrades , Apia Samoa New Bulk Fuel Tanks , Kupe Taranaki Gas Plant and Lion Breweries’ Project Century. It is recognised for reliability, on-time delivery and technical expertise in demanding industrial and infrastructure environments.
